Whether you received a defective component or simply changed your mind, our streamlined process is designed to get your infrastructure back on track.

Return Process

  Initiate an RMA

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the specific server components you wish to return.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original anti-static bags and use protective foam packaging to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it to our designated returns facility using a trackable carrier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the serial numbers and hardware condition, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
